On May 17, 2025, as graduation season approaches, the 3rd Nanshan International Talent Job Fair was held at Shenzhen University Town. The event attracted over 50 renowned companies from various industries, including technology, finance, education, and trade, providing employment and internship opportunities for international talent.

Ms. Li Fengling from College of International Exchange organized and led a delegation of more than 40 international students from over ten countries, all seeking internships or full-time positions.

The students attended the job fair with different goals in mind: some were soon-to-be graduates looking for suitable internships or jobs, while others were underclassmen exploring the professional environment to prepare for their future careers. This specialized international talent recruitment fair helped students better understand employers' expectations and gain clearer insights into career planning.
